Sasha Dimitrjevitch, LMHC, MFt, qs | Founder + Owner

Sasha is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Qualified Supervisor for MHC and MFT interns. She brings over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including behavioral concerns, relationship and communication issues, anxiety, complex trauma, parenting challenges, and postpartum transitions.

She specializes in couples therapy and is trained in the Gottman Method (Level 1). She is especially passionate about supporting couples, new mothers/parents, and parents navigating the challenges of parenting and life transitions. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, solution-focused, and rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and the Gottman Method. Clients appreciate her practical, empathetic, and goal-oriented approach to care.

In addition to working with individuals and couples in her private practice, Sasha has experience conducting school observations and providing behavior modification therapy in the daycare and private school settings. She also has experience working in schools as part of the Special Education Program (SPED) where she provided counseling to children in grades K-12.

As a wife and mother of two, Sasha brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work with parents. She is deeply committed to helping families improve communication and reduce conflict, especially in co-parenting relationships. Sasha is a Department of Children and Families (DCF) Approved Provider for the Florida Education and Family Stabilization Course, a fully online and court-mandated course designed to support divorcing parents and educate them on the impact of divorce on children. In addition to her work at Live Well, Sasha is also the founder and owner of Elevate Therapy Group, an ABA therapy  practice focused on providing ABA therapy to children with a diagnosis of Autism and other related developmental disorders.
