Sasha is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Qualified Supervisor for MHC and MFT interns, and the owner at Live Well Therapy Group. She has over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through challenges such as behavioral concerns, relationship and communication issues, anxiety, sexual abuse, complex trauma, parenting challenges, and postpartum transitions.
She specializes in couples therapy and is trained in the Gottman Method (Level 1). Sasha is particularly passionate about supporting couples, new parents, and families navigating life transitions. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and the Gottman Method. Clients value her practical, empathetic, and goal-oriented style.
As a wife and mother of three, Sasha brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work with parents. She is committed to helping families improve communication, reduce conflict, and foster healthy co-parenting relationships.
She also works with schools to provide mental health clearances, helping students safely return to school after mental health challenges.
Additionally, she is a Department of Children and Families (DCF) Approved Provider for the Florida Education and Family Stabilization Course, a fully online, court-mandated course designed to support divorcing parents and educate them on the impact of divorce on children.
