Caitlyn works with children, adolescents and adults. She completed her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Miami. Before pursing her degree in counseling, Caitlyn was a pre-school teacher where she gained experience working with children and their parents. She also has experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Caitlyn has experience working in private practice and has a passion for working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, and behavioral challenges. Although Caitlyn uses an integrative approach to meet the needs of her clients, her primary theoretical orientations are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and client centered therapy. Caitlyn creates a safe space for her clients where they can explore and dive deeper into their life experiences and challenges, empowering them to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
