Caitlyn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a compassionate therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami. Caitlyn has experience in private practice and is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), low self-esteem, life transitions, and behavioral difficulties. She especially enjoys working with teens and young adults, supporting them as they navigate the unique challenges, growth, and transitions of these important developmental stages.
Using an integrative approach tailored to each individual, Caitlyn draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Client-Centered Therapy. She works collaboratively with clients, helping them identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and uncover their strengths. Caitlyn’s goal is to empower her clients to gain insight, build resilience, and make meaningful changes that enhance their overall well-being.
Whether working with children, teens, or adults, Caitlyn strives to make therapy a supportive and enriching experience—a space where clients can explore their experiences, address challenges, and move toward more fulfilling and balanced lives.
