Taylor completed her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Miami. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Taylor has experience with students, particularly athletes, at the University of Miami. She specializes in working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, performance issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, and stress. Taylor uses an integrative approach when working with clients. Her primary theroretical orientations are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-based practices.
Taylor strives to provide a safe environment, displaying compassion, acceptance, honesty, and encouragement. She believes that every client is unique and uses a collaborative technique, through which she and the client work together to discover their strengths, reach their goals, and ultimately live their best lives.
In terms of her own self-care, Taylor loves attending different exercise classes, cooking, trying new restaurants, and fostering dogs!
