Camila was born in Argentina and raised in Guatemala. She is proud of her Hispanic roots and the unique perspective they bring to her practice. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University, a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami, and a holistic health coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Camila completed a one-year internship at Modern Intimacy, a couples and sex therapy practice, where she worked with clients facing a diverse range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, career challenges, and major life transitions.
In addition to her clinical experience, Camila has dedicated the past couple of years to working with women aged 17-55, helping them heal their relationships with food and their bodies while implementing healthy habits for better health and well-being.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic, prioritizing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul. She believes that mental health and physical health are inseparable, and her goal is to assist clients in achieving both. Camila focuses on sustainable, small shifts rather than drastic changes for a more sustainable, gratifying process for everyone. She will guide you towards a smoother journey, helping you cultivate self-love and acceptance instead of the internal battle we are all so familiar with.
Camila is a dog lover with a passion for wellness, who enjoys activities such as working out, cooking, and baking. She is a strong advocate for women embracing their womanhood and taking control of their health and wellbeing.
