Jackie is a bilingual psychotherapist who has been working in the mental health field for over 12 years and has been working with children and their parents in various settings for the past 18 years. She has specialized training in Infant Mental Health and early attachment. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and integrates mindfulness tools into her work with children and adults.
Jackie has a passion for helping individuals identify their strengths so they can develop healthy coping skills to deal with difficult life stressors and continue to live joyful, purposeful lives. As of mother of 3 children, she has a love for helping other parents navigate the challenges of parenting while fostering self love and care. She believes that happy, fulfilled individuals make the most amazing parents.
Jackie’s approach in working with clients is highly catered to each individual’s needs and personality. She provides a loving, supportive, and safe environment to meet each client where they are at and help them reach their unique goals.
Jackie is also a Qualified Supervisor for Clinical Social Work Interns.
