Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes the hardest thing is realizing you don’t have to face it all alone. Wherever it is you find yourself, I am here to meet you exactly where you are. I view therapy as a space where you can bring your full self—your pain, your doubts, your hopes—and be met with presence and care.
I bring over two years of experience supporting individuals and families through my work as a suicide hotline counselor at The Samaritans of NYC and as a crisis counselor at Charlie Health, where I work with clients of all ages navigating depression, trauma, major life transitions, and suicidal ideation. My formal training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills work and Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which together inform my integrative and skills-based approach.
My orientation is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I resonate deeply with the concept of unconditional positive regard and believe that every person has an innate capacity for growth and healing. I aim to provide a warm, grounded, and reliable space where clients can explore both the painful and hopeful aspects of their experience.
I see therapy as a bridge rather than a crutch—a place to build strength, clarity, and self-trust so that, over time, you feel equipped to navigate life with confidence and compassion toward yourself.
I offer reduced-rate sessions to increase access to high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to clinical excellence. I offer free 30-minute consultations so we can get to know each other and determine whether we’re a good fit.
