Natasha believes that creating a trusting therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance to a positive treatment outcome. She takes the time to get to know her clients, and appreciates each client for their individuality. Natasha provides individual counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling. She works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her expertise lies in the treatment of anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues, and stress.
Natasha uses a collaborative approach when providing therapy based on the clients needs. Her preferred approaches to counseling are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. Natasha’s goal for her clients is to assist them in learning how to live a more healthy and productive life. She works with her clients and uses various techniques and interventions to help alleviate emotional pain, establish more effective coping skills, and improve self-esteem.
Natasha has worked with a diverse client population in private practice, schools, and community mental health centers. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, she enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds and offers evening and Saturday appointments.
Graduate: Natasha earned her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
Undergraduate: Natasha completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Florida International University.
