Camila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University, a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami, and a holistic health coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Camila completed a one-year internship at Modern Intimacy, a couples and sex therapy practice, where she honed her skills in supporting clients.
Camila has also dedicated the past couple of years to working with women aged 17-55, helping them heal their relationships with food and their bodies while implementing healthy habits for better health and well-being.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic, prioritizing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul. She believes that mental health and physical health are inseparable, and her goal is to assist clients in achieving both. Camila focuses on sustainable, small shifts rather than drastic changes for a more sustainable, gratifying process for everyone.
Camila was born in Argentina and raised in Guatemala, she is proud of her Hispanic roots and the unique perspective they bring to her practice. Camila is a dog lover with a passion for wellness, enjoying activities such as working out, cooking, and baking. She is a strong advocate for women embracing their womanhood.
