Gaby is a dedicated and compassionate mental health clinician, raised by immigrant parents as a first generation Cuban American. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, where she developed a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and mental health care.
During her internship, Gaby worked with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, gaining hands-on experience with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This exposure has deepened her understanding of how mental health challenges uniquely impact each person.
Gaby is passionate about fostering a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, gain clarity, and move forward on their personal growth journey. With a strong focus on empathy and individualized care, Gaby’s goal is to help clients not only overcome their struggles but also develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential for positive change.
