Sadie Schultheis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor who provides individual and family therapy. She treats children, adolescents and young adults with a variety of presenting concerns such as, adjustment, ADHD, ODD, anxiety, depression and complex trauma.
Sadie has worked with cultural diverse patient populations and as a therapist values being open-minded and recognizing the importance of respecting cultural differences with therapy approaches. Sadie also offers in-office and telehealth counseling appointments on Saturdays.
Sadie is trained in Play Therapy interventions and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and treats patient’s as young as 3-years-old. She implements both cognitive behavioral therapy and person centered interventions. Sadie believes in meeting patients where they are at and creating a safe environment for patients and families to express their emotions and experience vulnerabilities.
